| 摘 要： | 教学质量是学校生存和发展的基石，提高教学质量的关键就是要不断地开展教学研究。课堂教学是学校开展校本教学研究的最主要的内容。在新课程改革背景下,出现了很多新颖的校本教研模式。积极开展有效校本教研活动，探索高效课堂教学模式，是确保学校可持续发展的关键。

| Abstract: | Teaching quality is the foundation for school existence and development. Constant implementation of teaching research is the key to improving teaching quality. Classroom teaching is the focus of school-based research, and in the reform of new curriculum more creative models and contents come into being. To ensure school＇s sustainable development, we should be active in carrying out school-based research activities and exploring efficient classroom teaching patterns. |
