| 摘 要： | 近年来，企业社会责任理论和实践都有了一定程度的发展。但综观近几年我国企业社会责任理论研究及时比中外企业社会责任建设情况之后不难发现，国内对企业社会责任理论研究先天不足，对企业社会责任的合理性缺乏足够的说明。外部压力是企业构建社会责任体系的基础，其中，政府和社会承担着重要的角色。

| Abstract: | Recently,there have been some development in theories and practices of corporate social responsibility.However,by studying the present theories of Chinese corporate social responsibility and comparing construction of national and international corporate social responsibility,it is not difficult to find that Chinese theoretical research in corporate social responsibility has natural deficiency,and insufficiently explains the rationale of corporate social responsibility.External pressure is the basis for enterprises to establish the system of social responsibility.In this process,government and society play a vitally important role. |
