| 摘 要： | 博客之所以成网络时尚,在于博客独特的传播特性:一种个人化与公共性并存的数字化网络平台。这个技术平台因缺乏外在的科学规范而出现失序状态,衍生出色情、暴力等垃圾信息泛滥、侵犯他人名誉权、侵害隐私权、引发著作权纠纷等主要冲突类型。对此,应从技术控制、法律监管、道德自律三个层面加以平衡。

| Abstract: | The reason why blog is quite fashionable now lies in its special disseminating feature: a digital network platform combining individual as well as public features.Unexpectedly,due to the lack of effective governing regulations,several problems come into being such as the dissemination of salacity and violence,neglecting others' right of privacy and so on.We have three approaches to settling the problems. |
