| 摘 要： | 以广西生态工程职业技术学院图书馆信息技能实战培训为例,阐述了以学员现实问题为教学资源、以"问题驱动"为主线、以"互教互学"为形式的实战培训模式.通过对实训课例的分析、总结和提升,展示了信息技能实战培训的流程、特点和效果,提出了实训探索的几点思考,以供同行借鉴.
