| 摘 要： | 中国各高等院校基本形成了以奖、励、助、贷和勤等多种方式相结合的“立体式”资助政策体系。但在落实这一政策的过程中存在着一些困境，针对这些困境，需要一种构建新型资助政策体系的指导思想。
