| 摘 要： | 随着免费开放的实施,公共图书馆所面临的服务环境和用户群体发生了相应的变化,也不可避免地产生一些新问题。用户的知识需求和知识获取方式的变化对公共图书馆的知识转移提出了更高的要求。文章分析了图书馆免费开放后产生的影响知识转移的因素,并提出了免费环境下实现图书馆知识转移的新举措。

| Abstract: | With the progresses of the free and open policy,public library’s service environment and user groups produced corresponding change,that causes some new problems.The changes of user’s knowledge demand and knowledge acquisition mode require higher public library knowledge transfer.This article analyzes the impact factors to the library knowledge transfer after free opening,and puts forward the new strategies to library knowledge transfer under the free environment. |
