摘    要:19世纪中期,在资本主义发展和国会制度改革的巨大推动下,英国进行了文官制度改革,确立了由法律规定的,以对文官的公开考试、录用、考核、监督、升降、奖惩、免职等为主要特征的资产阶级文官制度,对英国社会历史的发展以及西方文官制度的确立产生了积极的影响。

Try to Discuss the Reform of the English Civil Official Systemin the Middle of the 19th Century
Abstract:In the middle of the 19th century because of the great promoting of the developing of the capitalism and the reform of partiamentary system, England began to have the reform of civil official system, set up many bourgeois civil official systems which were provided by law ,for example, having an open examination, admission, inspection, superintendence, up grading and down grading, rewards and penalties ,removal and so on. All of these had positive influence to the developing of the English social history and the establishment of the western civil official system.
