| 摘 要： | 在跳远运动中,起跳是最关键的环节,它的技术优劣对跳远成绩影响很大。同时起跳技术也是衡量跳远技术的主要指标。从跳远的起跳技术特点出发,对第11届全国运动会男子跳远前八名运动员起跳阶段的时间参数、速度参数和角度参数进行综合分析,并与前国内优秀跳远运动员和世界优秀跳远运动员进行比较,旨在寻找现阶段我国男子跳远运动员在此技术环节上存在的问题,为改进起跳技术,提高运动成绩提供参考依据。
