| Abstract: | It is the only approach for private college to grow into a modem college,in which they have their own teachers with lofty virtue.The teachers group should be well-structured,enough in quantity,stable in number,good at teaching as well as doing some research.Construction of the profes- sional teachers group with fine virtues and stable number is the basic task,and scientific research should be the center of teacher' s construction. |
