| Abstract: | The university library should have the goal of innovation, the service of innovation and the role of innovation at the present stage. The university library must be established from satisfied service to the knowledge service by using its own superiorities, and thereby providing better and high level service for the reader. At same time, the university library should strengthen personalized service and the digitized service. |
