| 摘 要： | 转基因作物的大田释放和商品化种植，在解决由全球人口数量激增和耕地面积减少所导致的粮食危机问题上日益显示出巨大的优势；然而也引起转基因作物生物安全的全球性争论和关注。从生命伦理学的角度出发，人们应该评价和接受转基因作物，应制订符合人类伦理道德标准的相应的程序来促进转基因技术扬长避短、健康发展，使其真正造福人类。

| Abstract: | The application of modern biotechnology, especially the GM (Genetically Modified) technique to the agricultural production, will tackle the problems facing human being nowadays such as the crisis of environment pollution, food shortage and population explosion, and will result in the second green revolution in the agriculture. Although the field trial and the commercial growth of the GMC (Genetically Modified Crops) could have the advantage in meeting the food demand, which is driven sustained growth by the increase of population and decrease of the arable area, it would lead to another worldwide concern and argument on the GM bio-safety. On the analysis of current status, bio-safety assessment and management of GMC, the problems such as whether people should accept GMC, as well as how to guide the GMC development to benefit human being are discussed from the viewpoint of life ethnics. |
