| 摘 要： | 中国共产党所面临的考验,说到底都源于一个“权”字,因此,树立正确的权力观是贯彻执政党建设始终的一项长期的重大任务。要树立马克思主义权力观,就必须解决“权力来自谁”、“权力为谁用”的问题,党的各级领导干部要加强理论学习,提高自身素质,培养正确掌权的能力,并通过完善社会主义民主和法制来完善对权力的监管。

| Abstract: | The test confronting CPC lies,after all,in "power".Hence,it is a long-term and important task for the ruling party to establish a correct outlook of power throughout the process of construction.In fostering the Marxist outlook of power,we must solve the question of "from whom" and "for whom" the power is ,leading bodies at all levels must strengthen their study of theory,enhance their own quality,cultivate the competence of ruling and perfect the supervision of power by perfecting socialist democracy and legal system. |
