摘    要:个性化教育是指承认人的个性差异.在教育中强调以人为本,注重潜能发挥,促进个性发展。个性化教育的目的是要培养创造性人格。在个性化教育中要树立师生平等、教学相长的新型师生关系,要营造宽松的教学氛围,注重与创造性人格形成有关的非理性因素的培养。

Abstract:Individualized education refers to the acknowledgement of individual differences, emphasizing the basis of a person in education and the realization of one's potential. The purpose of individualized education is to develop creative personality. In individualized education the relationship between teacher and students should be made equal which will enhance mutual promotion. A relaxed atmosphere must be created, emphasizing the development of irrational factors related to the development of creative personality.
