| Abstract: | This article is a summary of the general report on the "Study of Educational Issues in the Post well off Rural Areas", a key project of the National "Ninth Five year" Plan of Education Science. Aiming at developing a high adaptable, high quality and high beneficial education in the post well off rural areas, the project focuses on such issues as educational development in the post well off rural areas, stage differences, deepening of overall reform of rural education and implementation of competence education. Finally, systematic recommendations are put forward concerning the development and reform of rural education for the overall construction of a well off society in China. |
