| 摘 要： | 从全国来看,高职会计电算化专业的就业形势出现不利态势,但在宁夏地区,就业问题的突显相对滞后,该专业的学生就业率相对较高,招生人数也在逐年增加,如何培养学生核心竞争力,帮助其在未来的就业压力下找到合适的工作成为高职教师面临的问题。通过调研分析,确定培养核心竞争力的基本途径为以社会需求为目标确定核心竞争力、建立科学合理的课程体系、确定可操作的人才培养模式、强调实践教学环节、保证教师素质等。

| Abstract: | From a national perspective,the employment situation for computerized accounting in higher vocational college is not good.But in Ningxia region,the emergence of employment problem relatively lags behind,the students of this major get a relatively high employment rate,enrollment has also increased year by year.It is a problem faced by the teachers as how to cultivate core competitiveness of the students and help them in the future to find suitable jobs under employment pressure.Through investigation and analysis,the fundamental ways are confirmed to determine the training of core competence are as follows： taking social needs as the goal to develop core competence,establishing scientific course system,determining the implementable talents training model,emphasizing on practical teaching,ensuring the qualification of teachers and so on. |
