| 摘 要： | 目前,中国大学生就业的形势不容乐观,管理学专业的学生也不例外。教学模式建设的滞后性及其导致的毕业生职业能力不强是造成这一局面的主要原因之一,在教授管理学的基础上,通过对以往教学模式的分析,找出了学生就业时职业能力不强的原因所在,从而提出有针对性地政策建议,以期通过管理学教学改革对提高大学生职业能力、促进大学生就业有所裨益。

| Abstract: | The current situation of employment for college students in China is not optimistic.The students of management major are no exception.The lagging of the construction of teaching model and the weak vocational ability of the graduates is one of the main reasons for this situation.The paper finds out,based on management teaching and through the analysis of the past model,the reasons for weak vocational capacity of the students,then proposes the aiming policy,expecting to raise students＇ vocational capacity and help to improve the students＇ employment ability through reform of management teaching. |
