| 摘 要： | 意识对一个足球运动员来说非常重要,是衡量一名运动员水平高低的重要因素之一。足球意识的培养需要长期的训练、比赛的积累。青少年正是培养足球意识的黄金时期,但目前少年运动,尤其是学校业余运动员的初级训练,往往是重技术、轻意识;重结果、轻过程。为此有必要加强青少年足球运动员意识的培养与训练。

Has for this must need to strengthen the raise and the training which the young people soccer athlete realizes. |
