摘    要:思辨研究和实证研究是传统教育管理研究的两条惯用套路,它们既具有一定的合理性,同时也存在着自身难以克服的弊端,而实地研究正是试图在克服和消解这些弊端的过程中而发展起来的一种重要的教育管理研究方式,它力图对现实中的管理作为和实践问题予以理性反思和阐释,构成了教育管理研究的第三条道路。

Abstract:Theoretical research and positive research are two common ways applied in the traditional educational management research with both the rational elements and the disadvantages that cannot be avoided by themselves. However, on- the- spot research is one of the important approaches to the educational management developed in the process of trying to overcome and eliminate these drawbacks, which tries to offer a rational reflection and interpretation of the management activities, thus the third approach to the educational management.
