| 摘 要： | 分析了中学生学习、人际关系、青春期、挫折适应等几个方面的心理健康问题，提出了维护中学生心理健康的具体对策，如进行专门心理健康教育；设立心理服务室，进行心理咨询与治疗；对学生家长宣传心理健康知识；在心理教师设计下开展特色活动等。

| Abstract: | Some common psychological problems of middle school students are analyzed from the following aspects： study, interpersonal relationship, adolescence and frustration training. Some specific measures to maintain middle school students＇ psychological health are put forward, such as, developing special psychological health education, setting up psychology serving room, carrying on psychological consultation and treatment, propagating the knowledge of psychological health to parents of student, and providing special service by psychological teacher＇s design. |
