| 摘 要： | 通过测定发现,影响游泳运动员游速快慢的两个最直接因素是划步与频率。在此基础上,运用突变理论,建立一个成绩增长的突变模型。它能向我们提供分析游泳训练中各种现象的因果关系,从而有助于提高游泳的科学化训练水平。

| Abstract: | The two direct factors affecting wimmer's speed are the body displacement and frequency, which are found by measurements. On this basis, by using the sudden change theory, the sudden change model of performance improvement is set up. Therefore, the causality of various phenomena in swimming training is provided for analysis to help improve the scientific training in swimming. |
