| Abstract: | The present education in China aims at the all- around development of the students. Yet the traditional model is difficult to meet the needs of its development. Therefore, it must be reformed fundamentally. With the goal of realizing quality - oriented education, the paper has an intensive research on its theory and proposed the theoretic basis of establishing the compulsory courses for quality education. |
