| 摘 要： | 国际柔联修改了柔道比赛的规则,对运动员的技术、战术水平提出了新的要求.在新规则视角下,通过文献资料、专家访谈、录像观察等方法,对修订后的柔道规则和近两年国际国内柔道比赛进行了初步的探讨分析,提出创新训练理念;加强技术、战术训练;巩固体能训练;强化心理训练等有针对性的应对策略.

| Abstract: | The International Judo Federation has modified the rules of judo competition,it proposed new requirements on the athletes＇ skills and tactics.In view of new rules,this article preliminarily analyzed the revised judo rules and the international and domestic judo competitions in the past two years by the the methods of mathematical statistic,experts interviews and video observation,it put forwards some targeted coping strategies,such as innovating training concept,strengthening the technical and tactical training,consolidating physical training and psychological training. |
