| 摘 要： | 本世纪以来，刑法学界对减刑制度的研究有了新的发展。通过对本世纪减刑制度研究新发展状况的梳理，并对减刑制度在司法实践中引起关注的相关理论和热点问题研究成果及不足进行整体评论，以探寻减刑制度进一步研究的方向。

| Abstract: | Since the start of this century, the research on the commutation of punishment system has achieved new devel- opment in criminal law academia. This paper analyzed the new development situation of research on the commutation of punishment system, and made an overall objective comment on the research＇findings and the hot spot issues concerning the commutation of punishment system in judicatory practice and relevant theoretical issues, so as to explore the further research direction on the commutation of punishment system. |
