摘    要:提高农业自然资源利用效率是切实保护资源、节约资源和高效持续利用资源的根本途径 ,而诊断和寻找农业自然资源利用低效的制约因素和“瓶颈”所在是农业自然资源高效利用目标得以实现的重要手段。该文在概括和总结农作物生产过程中能量运动转化特征的基础上 ,通过对各资源因子作物生产作用的虚拟阶段划分 ,以能量运动转化的资源因子衰减过程为评价主线 ,建立了农业自然资源利用效率的因子 -能量评价模型 ,并将之应用于山东省宁津县 ,得出了可行的评价结论

Abstract:The key point of natural resources utilization is to enhance its utilization efficiency, which is the fundamental way to protect natural resources, and thus, to achieve its sustainable utilization. Therefore, to explore the factors restricting resources utilization with high efficiency is becoming important. Concerning the features of energy movement and the changes of crop production process, the course of crop production was divided into a series of fictitious steps, each of them including and important factor, and then the factor-energy model composed of loss volume, loss ratio and utility ratio of energy was set up. Applied to Ningjin County, Shangdong province, the factor-energy evaluation model was proved to be practical, and results fairly accorded with the actual situation of crop production within that county.
