| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了深圳信息职业技术学院金融专业“订单式”人才培养的实施方法，包括“订单式”金融高技能人才培养背景，“订单武”人才培养目标与方法，培养过程。在注重金融专业教学过程的职业性、实践性、开放性等方面，设计了面向工学结合的教学设计。

| Abstract: | This article is designed to deal with po colleges, covering the program background, ssibilities of customized training for Finance program in technical ectives and methods. It is suggested that, in the design of the customized training program under the educator/employer partnership strategy, enough attention should be paid to its job-oriented nature, practical application and extensive adaptation. On the other hand, however, possible problems and their countermeasures are addressed. |
