摘    要:利用力学性能测试及热处理分析,在300~460℃之间对圆锯片用钢8CrV进行了连续回火处理。结果显示:随着回火温度的升高,试样的强度连续下降,屈强比略有上升。在420℃左右,发现了回火脆性,冲击值、断面收缩率和延伸率发生明显变化,而硬度略有升高。实验结果为预防锯片工作过程中的失效提供了技术参考。

Abstract:With heat treatment analysis and mechanical property measurement,circular saw blade with 8CrV steel was continuously tempered at 300-460℃.The results showed that with the increasing tempered temperature,the strength of the samples decline continuously but yield ratio increases a little.At about 420℃,the temper brittleness occurr and obvious properties of the samples change,such as the impact toughness,reduction and elongation of area but the hardness enhance.The results can provide technical references for the failures of saw blade during the working process.
