| 摘 要： | 培育战略性新兴产业是广东转变经济发展方式的战略选择。良好的产业基础和环境、具有战略高度的产业规划、超前的产业技术路线图、可行的投入保障机制、掌握先进技术的核心企业和关键的产业链环节等因素,是战略性新兴产业成长的关键条件;提出从引导资源聚集、制定产业规划、加大投入力度等方面培育广东战略性新兴产业的措施。
