| 摘 要： | 通过对精品课程内涵的分析，阐述了体育精品课程建设的重要性和可行性，提出其建设目标，对我国高校体育精品课程的建设进行分析和探讨，认为我国高校体育精品课程的建设，应以“五个一流”为核心，把握精品课程的目标要求并加强师资队伍的建设。从而进一步打造高校体育精品课程的品牌。
