| 摘 要： | 《孙子兵法》是我国古代兵学的杰出代表，运用其理论对军事共同科目的教育训练进行有效的管理具有重要意义。其中，把握全局、宏观指导，分层管理、分数治理，优化目标、动态管理，科学预测、系统决策等思想对军事共同科目教育训练的管理方法和技巧提供了指导和借鉴作用。
