| 摘 要： | 大型灌区是发展农业的重要基础设施,对区域经济的发展、生态环境的改善、构建社会和谐稳定有着重大的现实意义。笔者针对陕西省大型灌区目前存在的水资源严重短缺、工程设施严重老化失修、灌区用水总量减少、灌区信息化管理系统尚未健全等问题进行阐述和总结,初步提出了大型灌区可持续发展的思路。

| Abstract: | Large-scale irrigation area is an important infrastructure in agricultural development, which has great practical signifi- cance in the development of regional economy, the improvement of the ecological environment, and building a harmonious socie- ty. Aiming at the problems of large irrigation areas in Shaanxi Province, such as serious shortage of water resources, aging of engineering facilities, decrease of total water using in irrigation area, imperfect of information management system of irrigation area, the paper proposes the sustainable development ideas of large scale irrigation areas. |
