| 摘 要： | 职业教育作为公共服务的重要组成部分,如何实现其均等化？在理解职业教育均等化内涵及职业教育公共服务存在农村职业教育公共服务严重滞后、区域间职业教育公共服务发展不均衡性、职业教育公共服务资源相对短缺等现状的基础上,本文从公共服务均等化视角,探讨了电大在实现职业教育公共服务均等化过程中在拓宽职业教育公共服务城乡覆盖面、实现职业教育资源充分共享促进资源均衡建设、构建远程教育公共服务体系等方面发挥的重要作用,推进了职业教育公共服务均等化建设的纵深发展。

| Abstract: | In order to fully explore the role of vocational education as an indispensable component of the public service system, it is important to equalize the opportunity to receive such education. This paper firstly defines the term of vocational education equalization, and analyzes problems in the rural areas in this respect, especially short of materials. Then the paper proposes that for the end of establishing a better service system, an Open University shall play a bigger and more active part in promoting the equalization, like covering more regions, and providing more materials etc. |
