| 摘 要： | “劳动群众是创造历史的原始动力”的观点和“劳动群众是人类社会本原”的观点,为科学发展观的“以人为本”提供了坚实的哲学基础。科学发展观以人为本,符合历史唯物主义的根本原理,符合党的根本宗旨,符合社会主义运动的根本目的,与马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和”三个代表”重要思想一脉相承。

| Abstract: | The concepts that "the working masses are the primitive forces to create history "and that "the working masses are the basis existence of human society" provide the "human-centered" scientific idea of development with solid philosophic basis. The scientific development idea is human-centered and is in unity with the basic principles of the historic materialism, with the essential tenets of our party and with the basic targets of the socialist movement. It is also in harmony with the important thoughts of Marxism, Mao Zedong Thoughts, Deng Xiaoping Theory and the Three Representatives. |
