| 摘 要： | 为进一步丰富健美操的教学方法和手段，提高教学质量，提高学生的学习兴趣和终身体育锻炼能力，通过文献资料法、归纳法等科研方法，并结合教学训练实践，就“异步”教学法的具体理论基础与特点及其在健美操教学中的作用一一阐述，为健美操教师在教学中提高理论作参考。

| Abstract: | For the purpose of further improving the teaching methods of aerobics, promoting teaching efficacy and enhancing students＇ interests and ability in life - time exercise, this paper elaborates on the specific procedures and features of asynchronous teaching methodology and its influence on aerobics teaching, This paper employs bibliogtaphic method and induction and incorporates training practice in order to provide the reference for aerobic teachers. |
