| 摘 要： | 11—14世纪,英国封建体制渐趋完善,在这一大环境中发展起来的城市特权具有明显的封建属性。这种特权根植于教俗贵族的政治意图或财政危机,是以金钱为代价的贵族特权的一种割舍;城市特权是封建贵族特权的重要组成部分,具有贵族特权的等级性和排外性。城市通过这种特权来履行其封臣义务,完成在封建体制下作为地方统治单位的政治使命。

| Abstract: | With the gradual perfect of the feudal system of England, from 11 to 14th century, England's boroughs privileges embodied obvious feudal attributes. In the origin, privileges of boroughs were rooted in aristocrats' political intentions or financial crises, and were marked with money. The privileges were important constituents of Feudal aristocratic privileges and had the features of aristocrats' privileges like ranked and exclusive. Under the feudal system, these boroughs fulfilled Tenant' duties for Liege lords and completed political missions through practicing the privileges. |
