摘    要:为了适应多文化生源的教学发展需求,国内多文化生源的高校在不断的探索与实践中,逐步在教学投入、教学过程和教学产出的系统流程中形成了自己独具特色的跨文化教学管理模式,其教学理论与实践为国内高校国际化发展提供了可借鉴的典范。

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of multi-culture students Universities have made a positive exploration and research in the system of teaching management,consisting of teaching input, process and output, in which the cross-culture teaching administrative mode has been established. The theory and practice of Jinan style has made a great example to others who want to be international .
