| 摘 要： | 新媒体技术的迅猛发展给当前高校基层党建工作特别是大学生党员的教育管理带来了严峻的挑战。只有在深入研究新媒体传播信息特点的基础上,不断加强和改进高校基层党建工作,创新党员教育管理的内容、形式、方法、手段和机制,才能占领高校基层党建的新阵地。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of new media technology has posed a serious challenge to the basic Party construction work,especially on the students Party members’education and management work in tertiary education.Based on the new characteristics of research on new information media,only to strengthen and improve the basic party construction work,and innovation of Party building work content,form,method,means and mechanism,can the new position be occupied in the basic Party building. |
