羧酸基聚天冬氨酸的缓蚀阻垢性能研究

摘    要:以L-天冬氨酸(ASP)为原料,制备了羧酸基聚天冬氨酸(PASP-ASP)。通过失重法及电化学法测定了羧酸基聚天冬氨酸的缓蚀能力,实验结果表明,随着羧酸基聚天冬氨酸用量的增加其缓蚀效果逐渐增强,之后趋于平缓;采用静态阻垢法测定了羧酸基聚天冬氨酸在不同浓度下对碳酸钙的阻垢能力,实验结果表明,随着羧酸基聚天冬氨酸用量的增加其阻垢效果也逐渐增强,在6 mg·L-1时阻垢率达到了98.88%。

Abstract:Carboxylic polyaspartic acid (PASP-ASP) was produced from L-aspartic acid (ASP). Its corrosion inhibition capacity was measured by weight-loss method and electrochemical method. The experiment results show that the corrosion inhibition effect was gradually strengthened with the increasing use of PASP-ASP,and then gradually became mild. Its scale inhibition capacity against CaCO3 was measured by static scale inhibition method. The result also shows that the scale inhibition effect was gradually strengthened with the increasing use of PASP-ASP,and the scale inhibition rate reached 98.88% at the concentration of 6 mg·L-1.
