| Abstract: | Based on the theory of geographical environment, the author expounds the basic factors and inevitable results about the rise of modern industry in Tangshan. The natural geographical environment, especially the abundant mineral resources, has laid a material foundation, and geographical location and its advantages provide the necessary conditions for the rise of modern industry in Tangshan. |
