| 摘 要： | 在认同"社会科学领域内存在着普适的管理学"这一理论前题的条件下,通过剖析丰田管理模式与科学管理及文化之间的关系,探索决定管理学普适性和特殊性的因素。科学管理的思想决定了管理学的普适性,而科学管理思想与不同文化环境的结合决定了管理学的特殊性。

| Abstract: | This article agrees with that there would be a generally applicable management theory in the field of social sciences.After analyzing the relationship between the Toyota Management and the scientific management and the culture,the deciding factors of the general applicability and particularity are explored.The conclusion is that the general applicability is determined by the thoughts of scientific management,and the particularity is determined by different cultures. |
