| 摘 要： | 中小学校是法制教育的重要阵地，法制教育是学校德育教育的重要组成部分，分阶段、分层次对学生开展法制教育，是“四五”普法的需要，更是适应新时期社会进步与发展的需要。学校在开展法制教育活动的过程中，应结合实际，做到法制教育与学校教育相融合，与学生自我教育相融合、与社会家庭教育相融合，形成良好的教育氛围，取得良好的教育效果。
