| 摘 要： | 随着我国教育体制改革的不断深入,进入高校学习的人数不断增加;如何塑造一代体魄健壮、知识渊博的创新人才,是摆在高校体育工作面前的重要任务。同时也对高校体育教师提出新的要求,本文通过大量调查资料分析了当代我国高校体育教师的思想动态、年龄结构、学历结构、职称结构、亲缘关系优势与不足。目的在于客观认识现实状况,为促进高校体育教学和教师管理提供依据。

| Abstract: | As the further deepening of the reformation in China's educational system and the continuous increase in the number of undergraduates entering colleges and universities,how to nurture a generation of creative talents with better knowledge and health is an important task and challenge faced by P.E.teachers in Colleges and universities.Through a lot of investigations and literature reviews,the authors have analyzed the P.E.teachers' process of mental activity,range of age,level of educational backgrounds,professional titles and status of their relative relationship.The purpose of this paper is to make known of the current status of the P.E.teachers objectively and to provide theoretical basis for the promotion of P.E.teaching and the management of P.E.teachers in colleges and universities. |
