| 摘 要： | 如何发挥园区优势．加大利用外资力度，是发展地方经济的一项重要课题。本文运用区域经济理论．通过纵向、横向的对比进行分析研究，探讨扬州市园区开发的优劣势及其对扬州市经济发展的影响，并提出对策。
