| 摘 要： | 随着体育课的改革,高校校园文化建设中,作为体育文化的健美操项目对促进大学生全面发展,完成高等教育培养目标所发挥的作用日益突出。根据职业院校学生的特点,依据健美操技术特点及教学的基本规律,对健美操教学的重要性,教学组织工作,作了深入的理论思考。

| Abstract: | In the culture construction of college campus,with the reformation of gym class,calisthenics,as the gym culture,is playing a more and more important role in promoting university students' all-round development,and accomplishing the cultivation target of the higher education.According to the characteristics of the students in vocational college,the characteristics of calisthenics technology and the basic law of teaching,the author has made some theoretical considerations to the importance of calisthenics teaching,and teaching organization work. |
