| 摘 要： | 风险资本投资高技术企业由于信息的不对称产生了高技术企业利用风险资本的道德风险。风险资本投资高技术企业的目的是为了高回报,由于道德风险的产生往往使风险资本的回报与投入风险不成比例,这不仅仅挫伤了风险资本投入高技术企业的积极性,更不利于高技术企业的发展。通过分析风险资本进入高技术企业风险道德产生的原因,为风险资本在进入高技术企业前后如何化解或减少道德风险带来的损失提出几点建议。

| Abstract: | When venture capital invests high-tech firm,moral hazard appears because of information unfair.Investing high-tech firm means high risks,so venture capital demands a high profit.But moral hazard often reduces the profit of venture capital.The author analyse the reason why moral hazard appears and how to deal with it. |
