| 摘 要： | 文章从社会需求角度出发,在分析行政管理专业起源与发展的基础上,揭示了当前我国行政管理专业课程存在的课程设置单一、缺乏特色、重基本知识传授轻实际操作能力培养、政治学倾向严重、管理学知识匮乏、不适应社会需求变化等问题,提出了新时期行政管理人才培养的方向与思路。
