| 摘 要： | 章通过对资本及资本对经济增长的作用的分析，提出中国现阶段经济增长的资本策略选择应从宏观经济和区域经济两个层面考虑，从宏观上来看，中国在适度增加人力资本投资的同时，不能否认物质资本仍是当前经济增长的主要动力。从区域经济的现状来分析，东、中、西三大地带及每一地带内部各省区的资本策略应有所差异。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the function of capital in economic growth, the thesis points out that the choice of capital strategy about economic growth in China at present should consider both macro economy and regional economy. On the macro economy, while China increases moderate human capital investment it can't still deny the dominant effects of physical capital in economic growth. On the regional economy, the choice of capital strategy about economic growth should be different in the Eastern, Middle, and Western regions and different provinces in particular region in China. |
