| 摘 要： | 实习是高等院校实践性教学环节的基本形式。对企业管理工程专业来说，是更为重要的教学环节。但由于种种原因，专业实习一直没有与专业相适应，实习成了高校的一个沉重包袱。针对我国许多高校专业实习的现状，结合辽宁工学院企业管理工程专业近几年的实习模式，对企业管理工程专业实习模式做了深入、具体的探索。

| Abstract: | Practice is the basic form of practical teaching of higher education. As far as the specialty of business management engineering is concerned, it is particularly important. However, due to various reasons, the practice has not been made to conform to the specialty and has become a heavy load to higher education. Based on the present situation of practice of higher education in China and the practice model of the specialty of business management engineering of Liaoning Institute of Technology in the past few years, this paper makes a thorough and concrete exploration of the practice model of the specialty of business management engineering. |
