| 摘 要： | 随着全民健身运动的开展，越来越多的大学生对体育舞蹈产生了浓厚的兴趣，由于体育舞蹈是新开课程，我们有针对性地对学生进行了部分生理指标的测试，通过对北京体育大学体育舞蹈选修课的学生进行部分生理指标的测试，讨论体育舞蹈的价值，研究体育舞蹈的强身健体作用，为福建普通高校开设体育舞蹈课程的可行性提供依据和参考意见。
