| 摘 要： | 2003年以来,新闻发言人制度在我国迅速普及。对新闻工作者来说,新闻发言人制度在政府信息来源上提供了积极的渠道,在中国新闻史上是具有里程碑意义的。作为一项政府倡导下的制度,它也有很多可能存在隐患和值得注意的负面效应,需要一些配套措施才能使之正常运转。

| Abstract: | Press spokesperson system has become increasingly widespread since 2003. As to journalists, press spokesperson system has provided a positive source to get information from government, and can be regarded as a milestone in the history of journalism. As a system advocated by government, it may have some problems or negative effects. To make it work properly, some measures have to be taken. |
