| 摘 要： | 本文在分析创新文化内涵、功能和作用的基础上，通过比较研究中西方不同文化对技术创新的影响，指出我国传统文化中的一些思想观念制约了我国的技术创新，并以某公司为案例分析了供应商、生产商和用户之间的创新网络没有形成良性循环的原因，指出在创新网络中，上、下游企业之间的合作有利于各个参与分工的企业提高创新能力和整体创新效率。技术创新受文化的制约，要提高技术创新水平必须首先对传统文化进行变革和创新，使之具备创新的文化氛围和环境。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the meaning, function and effect of innovative culture and through comparing the effects of Chinese and west culture on technology innovation, this article points out that some ideas of our traditional culture limit the innovation in our country ,and uses an example empirically to analyze the reason that the positive circulation does not form in innovative networks among the supplier, the manufacturer and the user. Cooperation among each enterprise participant can improve the innovation competence and the whole innovation efficiency. Culture affects innovation, we should reform and innovate traditional culture firstly to make it had an innovative culture and surrounding if we want improve the level of technical innovation. |
